We are very sorry to hear that you lost your favorite item in Animal Jam. Please rest assured, we do have highly trained moderators who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that actively monitor Jammer activities in Jamaa and review all reports that come in from Jammers just like you. Any Jammers engaging in unfair trading, as well as other inappropriate behavior, is not allowed. If a Jammer is found to be in violation of the Animal Jam rules, a moderator will take appropriate action on their account.
In the meantime, we're happy to let you know that Animal Jam is a very safe game, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure nobody can gain illegal access into our servers. We’re also more than happy to share some tips with you to help you keep your very special items safe which you can find by reading here:

Well, Animal Jam, I need to say this... YOU BETTER BE SORRY! o3o I needed to do that. I guess I can't quit, I realized I have too many amazing friends that would be terrible to leave behind. Thank you to these jammers for helping me in such a tough situation:
